If your plan is accepted, I will bill insurance for covered sessions. Any fees not covered by insurance (including deductibles, co-pays, or private-pay sessions) are your responsibility.

Note: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy dosing sessions are not covered by insurance. However, preparation and integration sessions may be billed through insurance when eligible and I offer discounted packages for out of network costs.
