BODY-INFORMED TRAUMA THERAPY
You understand the pattern. You still feel caught in it.
You may know why you overthink, shut down, become overwhelmed, or react in ways you later question. But understanding where a response comes from does not always change what happens when your body braces, your emotions intensify, or an old reaction takes over.
I’m Corinne Nechalova, LPCC, a trauma therapist with more than 15 years of experience. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic stress, and major life transitions. My specialty is helping people move from insight into embodied change - change that shows up in how they feel, respond, and relate in daily life.

How we Work
SEE THE FULL PATTERN
We look at the experiences, emotions, relationships, and protective responses shaping how you feel and react now.
WORK WITH IT IN REAL TIME
Instead of only talking about reactions afterward, we notice tension, urgency, shutdown, disconnection, and other responses as they happen.
PRACTICE A NEW RESPONSE
We build with clarity, act with integrity, and always stay curious.
