Rise Reimagined:

Reconnecting with your body and yourself after breast cancer

You finished breast cancer treatment. But you don’t feel like yourself yet.

You’re functioning. Showing up. But your body still feels on edge. The anxiety didn’t go away when treatment ended. You feel disconnected - from your body, from who you were, from the life you’re back in.

And you’re quietly wondering why this feels harder than anyone prepared you for.

Your body learned how to survive. It just hasn’t been supported to come out of survival yet.

That’s exactly what this work is for.

What Rise Reimagined Is

Rise Reimagined is a 1:1 program for women after breast cancer who are ready to stop pushing through and start feeling like themselves again.

This is body-based work - grounded in 15+ years of clinical experience in trauma, embodiment, and somatic healing, and shaped by my own experience moving through cancer and the part that comes after.

This is structured support, not just space to talk. You’ll have real tools to use in your day-to-day life, and guidance for the moments where things feel overwhelming, confusing, or stuck.

What We Work On

  • Anxiety that didn’t leave when treatment ended - fear of recurrence, medical anxiety, the hypervigilance your body learned to survive

  • Reconnecting with a body that feels unfamiliar, unreliable, or hard to trust

  • The grief and disorientation of not recognizing yourself anymore - who you are now, what you want, what still fits

  • Patterns that intensified after cancer - overgiving, people-pleasing, self-abandonment, pushing through when your body is asking for something different

  • Feeling emotions without shutting down, spiraling, or being taken over by them

  • Relationships that shifted - the isolation, the feeling of being misunderstood, not knowing how to ask for what you need

  • Making decisions from your own values instead of fear or what everyone else needs from you

What Changes

  • You’re no longer living on edge all the time - so your days start to feel calmer, steadier, more grounded

  • You understand what’s happening in your body - so you can respond to it instead of fearing it, and healing starts to feel possible again

  • You feel like yourself again - not who you were before, but someone you actually recognize and trust

  • You stop getting pulled into the same patterns - so you can start building a life that actually works for who you are now

  • Your relationships feel more connected and less lonely - because you’re able to show up more honestly and ask for what you need

  • You trust your decisions - instead of constantly second-guessing yourself or looking outside for reassurance

This isn’t about forcing positivity or getting back to who you were before. It’s about building something that actually fits who you are now.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again - not someday, but in a real, steady way - I’d love to talk.
